Michael offers his subrogation clients a unique and comprehensive perspective of litigation from his experience with both the defense and prosecutions of various claims.

OVERVIEW

Michael Abed represents large self-insured clients and insurance companies in a wide range of subrogation matters involving motor vehicle accidents, construction and workplace accidents, premises liability actions and general negligence. Michael works with his clients to examine the facts of a loss and develop a strategy for recovery, from assignment to completion. 

Prior to joining White and Williams, Michael first served as a corporate officer and general counsel for a growing nutraceutical company located in southern California, reporting to a former member of the NSC. Upon graduating into litigation centric positions, he accumulated extensive experience in all aspects of both state and federal litigation across the United States taking cases to verdict in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California.

Michael’s experience with both the defense and prosecutions of various claims, as well as his experience as a corporate officer give him a unique and comprehensive perspective of litigation, adding value to his work for his subrogation clients.
